The five stages, in more detail
- 1. Enquiry
- Tell us where you are, what you are considering and anything useful about the property or current electricity use. You do not need to know what system you need.
- 2. Assessment & Site Survey
- We assess the available installation area, orientation, shading, access, electrical setup and other practical considerations. This gives us the information needed to recommend an appropriate system.
- 3. Design & Quote
- We design the proposed system and provide a tailored quotation. The proposal makes clear what is being installed and includes an estimate of expected system performance based on the property and design.
- 4. Installation
- Once the design and quote are agreed, the installation is scheduled. The exact duration depends on the size and complexity of the project, and we confirm the expected timescale before work begins.
- 5. Certification & Sign Off
- After installation, the relevant checks, certification and handover are completed. We explain the system so you know how it works and how to monitor it where monitoring is provided.
What will I need to do?
Very little. Provide accurate information about the property and electricity use, give access for the survey and installation, and ask as many questions as you need before agreeing the design. The purpose of the survey and proposal is to remove guesswork.
